It’s been a quiet March. Just 7 posts (including this one) in 31 days. I’ve been busy at my new job and much of my spare time has been spent pursuing the fascinating topic of Positive Psychology. I recommend that you view these lecture videos in April.

On a different note, a new financial year begins tomorrow and I’d like to focus this blog on the topic of personal finance — an area I have, of late, developed a passion for. What kind of articles on personal finance would you like to read? Let me know.

Have an awesome financial year ahead.

I do part time research on human psychology, the time during saturday or sunday evenings goes mostly away dedicated to reading books, web publications on Human psychology. You know my dad asks me why do I watch so much of English Premier league? (apart from matchdays, I do watch a lot of other sideshows like Football focus,Today’s profile, first edition ofcourse all football related shows)there is only 1 reason for that, if you believe Football club management is all about People management, You see a lot of footballers who are millionaires and still fight on the pitch when there teammates get injured or a ref raises a red card.. This shows that each human behavior is completely unique & to manage each and every player is a great challenge for the overall manager. The same can be applied to corporate world as well, I really observe when my manager is angry? what makes him happy? Why was he pissed off when someone involved in the business f***d something up? What is his emotional quotient? Can he take stress? I do observe their decision making etc…

Psychology is one of the interesting subjects & if I do a Phd in future one of my part time research will be human Psychology..
