Lt. Col. Rajesh Yadav who had a savings account with a Delhi branch of ICICI Bank was erroneously billed by the bank for an amount of Rs 45,623 on a “renewed debit card” that was never issued to him.

Even writing to the Commissioner of Police was of no use as they ignored to reply. Imagine, if this was happening to a senior Army officer, what could be the plight of a hapless common man!

Its great to see that ICICI bank bites the dust after a long legal battle.I also thank Justice Kapoor and fight by the consumer was a deadly task.
