Thanks for visiting Capital Advisor. I frequently update this blog to cover various topics on personal finance such as investment strategies, financial products that you should buy and ones that you really should stay away from, financial calculators, emerging themes such as early retirement and financial independence, and much more. • My recent post about why you can’t view your Airtel mobile bill online seems to have taken on a life of its own. Google Analytics suggests that it is the single most viewed page on this site.

Apparently, people have formed the perception that I sit at Airtel’s office dispatching everyone’s bills – both physical and virtual. Some go the extent of saying that if I don’t dispatch their bills immediately, their [insert-body-part] is going to be on the line.

What am I supposed to do?

  • If you absolutely love dance music, you need to check out Matt Darey’s show Nocturnal. Darey’s music is also available as a podcast.
I am hooked to his mixes. It’s the music I play most on my iPod.

  • The BSE Sensex’s done a lift-off today. It’s up 557 points as I type this post. According to the experts:

The markets are flying high on the back of strong cues from global peers. The surge in the global equity markets has come on the back of 50 bps Fed cut.

Q.E.D. that each of the 500+ point rise is purely speculative. After all, the fundamentals of business in one country don’t change because someone in some other country cut their interest rates!

Tell me about it! Search for “airtel mobile bill” and this post on my blog turns up first. And I have 240 comments on it (and counting) with people asking me to send their mobile bill by email.
