Really apetising picture of one of my favorite things to eat out in Mumbai. If you are a tourist from western countries, then two ingrediants in this dish can give you the runs.

1. uncooked onions next to the buttered breads.
2. chopped parsley on the bhaaji.

Ask for a clean cut lemon and squeeze it on both the onions and parsley and you should be able to reduce the odds of getting sick. Eat yogurt drinks and you should be fine.

Enjoy.

I totally love Pav Bhaji!! And dat picture just makes me want more..This is something i absolutely crave when i do my forceful fast once a year..this is what i need to break it..hehehe..shiv sagar is by far the best but most sagar’s wud do a good job at it..i just want some of dese places to come up wit a slightly healthier version..lesser butter i guess wud b d main thing..though i totally love it, it doesn’t help when i just have to eat it when i’m tryin to loose my flab..its something i can eat even at 2 A.M.!!!

Hyderabad people don’t know what pav bhaji means..and you most definitely wont find it in any place der..at least i didn’t..oh how i was cravin it!!
