Really apetising picture of one of my favorite things to eat out in Mumbai. If you are a tourist from western countries, then two ingrediants in this dish can give you the runs.
1. uncooked onions next to the buttered breads.
2. chopped parsley on the bhaaji.
Ask for a clean cut lemon and squeeze it on both the onions and parsley and you should be able to reduce the odds of getting sick. Eat yogurt drinks and you should be fine.
Enjoy.
