Flood Relief?

The flooded path from our college back to the hostel. The lake – mentioned in the previous post – is to the left. The packet clutched tightly in my hand contains emergency rations (to be used in case we are cut-off from the rest of humanity). It really appeared as if the Indian Air Force had dropped some flood relief food packets, one of which I had managed to pick up. Seriously.
