Cannibalization with a smile :-)

Thanks for visiting Capital Advisor. I frequently update this blog to cover various topics on personal finance such as investment strategies, financial products that you should buy and ones that you really should stay away from, financial calculators, emerging themes such as early retirement and financial independence, and much more. You can Subscribe through Email and receive new articles directly in your Inbox or you can Subscribe through the RSS Feed and receive new articles in your feed reader.

One of the concepts I learnt in the Economics classes was that of “Cannibalization.” I think my blog is soon going to be a victim of one (although not in that Economics sense). Why, you ask? I am very afraid that this blog – Smiling Life ! ! ! – will snatch all my audience away. But, in the pursuit of my goal of spreading knowledge and learning, I have to publish this link. Read that blog inside out – even if it keeps you awake all night.

Smiling Life ! ! ! – Powerfully Addictive.

I think it’s time to change my goal!

Thanks for reading this article. I'd love to hear your opinion. Please use the comments section below to share your thoughts. I frequently write new articles that also cover several other aspects of personal finance including credit cards, financial goals, health insurance, income tax, life insurance, mutual funds, retirement planning, and much more. Smiling Girl June 26, 2006 at 2:20 PM

We’re waiting? Does this mean that there is someone else along with you who is waiting? Arey wah.. thats another compliment.
Looks like I should allow anonymous comments on my blog…:)

SG, I suggest that you turn on full-commenting with image verification. This would let you receive all comments and still keep you spam free.

Average readership on this blog is 200 per day. So you should already have a significant fan following.

Eagerly awaiting the next textbook chapter.

Hey Vinaya/ Smiling girl,

This is awesome.. I am an amateur (even at surfing Blogs). But yours are the most genuine and interesting blogs I have come across.

SG, so true.. No wonder your “Yeh ladka dekhne ka process” is turning into a thesis of sorts :D Life seems like one when you have meet a 100 anonymous people to finally find that ONE Mr Right.

Vinaya, thank you for your interesting notes on the MBS lessons ;) and of course for the smiling cannibalisation :D

Keep up the good work ppl!

PS> Translation please? A lot of us dont understand Kannada :)

Smiling Girl July 7, 2006 at 5:32 PM

Thanks a lot, LittleGirl..
Will do the translation part if I write any more Kannada words.. :)

Littilgurl July 11, 2006 at 11:02 AM

Thank you for the (future) translation SG. (Just a note: its L-i-t-t-i-l-g-u-r-l)

And hey Vinaya, thanks to you too.. for your very nice reply on my email. Hey your site is already great. I was wondering though if I can send you interesting news you can use, if I get any.

Thanks a lot all..

Vinaya HS July 12, 2006 at 9:10 AM

Yeah. You can send across anything which you find is suitable for this blog. I will be happy to publish them.

Smiling Girl July 19, 2006 at 1:23 PM
