If you are a busy person and have never had the time to study The Bhagavad Gita, here’s a quick primer appropriately titled “The Bhagavad Gita For Busy People,” by The Divine Life Society, to get you started on a wonderful journey of knowledge and learning.

A word of caution: it’s certainly not the real thing. For that, I would advise you to pick up the treatise on The Bhagavad Gita written by Swami Chinmayananda and published by The Chinmayananda Mission. Step into a good bookstore and you can find innumerable works on The Bhagavad Gita, with each author offering his/her interpretation. Some of the books are simply the equivalent of OHTs (Over Head Transmissions). You just don’t understand what’s being said. The Chinmayananda book, however, stands out in its lucid writing and explanation. I can promise you this: pick up this book and you won’t keep it down till you’ve read it from cover to cover.
If there’s one book that you should read in your life, this is it.
