Thanks for visiting Capital Advisor. The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has launched its Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), an automated grievance management system that is available 24 * 7. To lodge your complaint,

  • Dial 155302
  • Follow the voice instructions carefully (English & Kannada only)
  • The IVRS will allot a docket number for your complaint
  • Retain this docket number for future reference and status enquiries

Let me know if the system works.

Am not getting an answer at 155302 since about a week. Any updates on whether the system has been taken out OR down for maintenance.. whether it will come back.
