Not to be outdone, the Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited (KPTCL) too has launched its Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS), an automated grievance management system that is available 24 * 7.
To lodge your complaint,
- Dial 080 22370711/22/33/44
- Follow the voice instructions carefully
- The IVRS will allot a docket number for your complaint
- Retain this docket number for future reference and status enquiries
- The complaint is now forwarded to the Assistant Executive Engineer for redressal
The IVRS monitors the response to the complaint and escalates the issue from the Assistant Executive Engineer to the Chief Engineer if the officials do not address the complaint within 48 hours.
