GEO 12.97 ° N 77.56 ° E will shortly exhibit Indian cuisine as it appears in the US. I have managed to convince Kimi, who lives in the US, but is originally from India, to be the onsite photographer. Lucky for me that she happens to love Indian food - bhel puri, pav bhaji, samosa et al. Kimi suddenly fell ill, or else I would have had the exhibits by now. She did send me these other exhibits though.

Aww..Thanks Vinaya! I think I am building up quite an appetite for Indian food, so there will be tons of pics for your viewing pleasure!

This is “chinese” food as it appears in US, not Indian - Lo Mein and Tso Chicken that is - staple take-outs.
