In Kodaikanal, the best way to satisfy your hunger pangs is to eat the variety of snacks being served on the roadside. A stroll near the lake would find you devouring all of the following: fresh carrot laced with masala, an exotic mixture of boiled ground nuts, corn, onion, carrot, cabbage, and masala, varieties of Indian paan, roasted corn coated with lemon and masala and finally to prevent a stomach burn (from eating all that masala), delicious ice-cream.

Huh? Ice Leeches? Leeches with ice-cream? Taxes as applicable? What’s going on here? – Found on the menu card at Sterling Resorts. A while later we came across an entrepreneurial definition of a call center. I wish Thomas Friedman had seen this!
